AIIC

The AIIC (Association of independent inventory clerks) was established in 1996 to promote the highest possible standard of accuracy and reliability in the inventory business. Their aim is to ensure all landlords, tenant and letting agents understand the importance of the inventory process and the benefits of using an independent, professional inventory clerk.

As an AIIC member I&M Inventories are committed to distinction in our field, have received quality training giving us specialist knowledge and are up to date on current legislation with all government regulations being adhered to.

You can be assured that by using an AIIC member independent inventory clerk:

  • They will have agreed to conduct their business in a professional manner in accordance with the Guidelines to Professional Practice

  • They will abide by the AIIC’s Code of Practice

  • They will have Professional Indemnity Insurance
